Role Overview
Rivansys IT Services is looking for a proactive, self-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support its cybersecurity and IT services business. The ISR will be responsible for end-to- end lead generation, qualification, and pipeline creation for the Field Sales team across assigned regions.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Founder
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online research
- Build and maintain lead databases independently
- Identify and connect with decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on need, relevance, and readiness
- Assign hot and qualified leads to Field Sales Representatives
- Assign hot and qualified leads to Field Sales Representatives
- Maintain daily activity and lead data in CRM
- Coordinate with Field Sales for follow-ups
- Share daily and weekly progress reports
- Improve scripts and outreach effectiveness
Target Metrics:
Daily:
- 60–80 outbound calls
- 15–20 meaningful conversations
- 5–7 new leads
Monthly:
- 20–30 qualified leads
- 10–15 meetings booked
- ₹15–25 Lakhs pipeline created

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in Inside Sales / B2B Tele-sales
- IT/Cybersecurity sales exposure preferred
- Excellent English communication
- Strong research and data-building skills
- Self-driven and independent
