Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic, sales-driven and result-oriented International Sales Representative to handle B2B sales in the UK FMCG market.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, strong convincing ability, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. The role requires complete ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and client communication to order closure, invoicing, payment follow-up and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential B2B FMCG buyers, wholesalers and business customers in the UK.
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to generate and qualify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, references and direct outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch suitable FMCG products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing UK B2B customers.
- Conduct product discussions and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Prepare and generate quotations, negotiate pricing and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Understand Rivansys cybersecurity and IT service offerings and communicate their business and technical value to clients.
- Prepare and present company-standard techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with technical teams.
- Generate invoices and ensure accurate documentation for confirmed orders.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, from enquiry and quotation to order confirmation, invoicing and fulfilment coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding invoices.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups to encourage repeat business and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, opportunities, quotations, orders, invoices and payment status in ERP.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, conversions, orders and payments.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development or international sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong outbound calling, prospecting and client acquisition skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales-closure skills.
- Target-oriented, accountable and ownership-driven approach.
- Positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales and order cycle.

- Ability to work in the UK-aligned shift from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM and basic sales reporting.
